EVEnt program & Itinerary
PLEASE NOTE: There will be many other events taking place on the Stampede grounds Saturday evening, with approximately 6,000 people expected on-site. Please leave yourself lots of time to arrive early to ensure you don’t miss any of the evening’s festivities!
We encourage attendees to take advantage of taxis, rideshares, or public transportation, as we will be providing taxi chits at the end of the night - courtesy of Veren, our Safe Ride Home sponsor - to ensure everyone has a safe and convenient ride home.
Ride Share: Enter 1912 Flores Ladue Parade SE into your rideshare app and your driver will drop you off at the entrance on Flores Ladue Parade.
C-Train: Victoria Park Stampede Station will drop you right at the new BMO Centre
Parking: If you do drive, we recommend you park in Lot #3. Stampede Parking Lots charge a flat rate of $18 per day. View the detailed parking map here.

But don't worry, you can still purchase wine and drink tickets at the event. Visit the Wine Store in the Champions Foyer to purchase bottles of wine for your table. The wine store will open at 5:30 PM when the Welcome Reception starts! Throughout the evening, you can purchase drink tickets for $12 per ticket via our cashless payment system.
